By using this service you authorize LegalVault® to release medical information about you to anyone with access to your Emergency access PIN Number. LegalVault® relies upon the accuracy of the information supplied by its users. Member therefore agrees to defend, indemnify and hold LegalVault® (including its owners, employees, officers, directors and agents) harmless from any claim or lawsuit brought by member or others for injury, death, loss or damages arising in whole or in part out of Member's provision of incomplete or inaccurate information to LegalVault®. You understand that LegalVault® stores sensitive documents and related information and is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or completeness of documents or information provided to LegalVault®. While LegalVault® employs sophisticated infrastructure and backup technology, its services are not intended as a backup service of documents and information. You agree to not distribute LegalVault® intellectual property or use such property to establish a service similar to LegalVault® for a period of two years from your last use of LegalVault®’s services. |
