Q: What is required to print the wallet cards from my office?
I like the idea of having the option to print the Emergency Wallet Cards from my office, but what is required to do so? Will I have to purchase a special printer or lamination machine?
Printing the Emergency Wallet Cards from your office does not require a great deal of time or money. LegalVault will automatically format a high quality PDF wallet card with your firm name and logo containing custom client information. These wallet cards can be printed at your office using special laminate cards (provided by LegalVault) on any printer.
Alternatively, you can request that LegalVault print customized premium acrylic wallet cards with your firm name and logo at no extra charge. These printed cards can be mailed to your office or directly to your clients’ homes.

Q: What is the cost of getting started with LegalVault?
Is there a setup fee when I sign up? Do I have to enroll a minimum number of clients?
There is absolutely no setup fee to get your firm started with LegalVault. When you enroll each client, you will pay for the particular subscription for that client for a specified length of time. You may wish to pay for the service for a year, multiple years or even the lifetime of the client.
Your firm is not required to enroll a minimum number of clients. Simply enroll as many clients as you like on an as needed basis.

Q: Is there a storage limit?
Is there a limit on the number of documents my firm and clients can add to LegalVault accounts?
There is no limit to the number of documents your firm can store in LegalVault. Your clients will be able to upload up to an additional 25 documents to their respective accounts.

Q: Will LegalVault call my clients?
Each client account will store my client’s contact information. Will LegalVault ever call them directly?
Upon enrollment, LegalVault allows your firm to specify its preference as to whether or not clients can be called by LegalVault staff should your firm not renew expired client subscriptions. If your firm opts out of this service, then LegalVault will not call your clients about subscription renewals.

Q: What do you do for backup?
If your server “crashes” will my clients lose all of their stored information and documents?
Absolutely not! LegalVault uses enterprise-class backup technology with multiple levels of redundancy including encrypted off-site backups to protect your clients’ critical data.

Q: What if my clients do not feel comfortable storing their assets or passwords in their LegalVault accounts?
If your clients are uncomfortable storing certain information or documents in their LegalVault accounts, they certainly do not have to do so. Your firm and your clients can use all or just some of its features.

Q: If my firm decides to no longer offer this service but my clients already have accounts with LegalVault, will they lose all of their documents and information?
After enrollment should you decide you no longer wish to offer this service, your clients may continue to maintain their accounts independent of your firm. All documents and information in these accounts would not be lost and your clients could continue to access their accounts directly through legalvault.com.
