Q: How will LegalVault be incorporated into my current site with Amicus?
While LegalVault is being set up will there be any down time for my website? How long does it take to implement?
LegalVault can be incorporated into your current site with Amicus Creative within a day. There is no down-time whatsoever as this addition is being made and beyond the two login graphics which will be added to the site (one for your clients and one through which the treating hospital can access your clients’ accounts), there will be no change to the design of the site.
Furthermore, all access to LegalVault through your website will use industry standard SSL encryption technology.

Q: How is my Site Manager tied-in with LegalVault?
If an unauthorized user gains access to my Site Manager account, will they have access to all of my clients’ LegalVault accounts?
If you are a current client of Amicus Creative, you will be able to access your clients’ accounts through the easy to use Site Manager tool. When signed into the Site Manager, you will be required to sign into the LegalVault section using a different and more secure username and password. This ensures that if someone gains access to the Site Manager, they will not have access to all of your clients’ LegalVault accounts as well.

Q: What if I don't want clients to access their account on my site?
If you do not choose for clients to access their LegalVault accounts through your firm’s website, they can easily do so through LegalVault.com. When logging in through this external site, your clients will still have full access to their accounts, allowing them to edit all information and upload or view documents.
